Complaints or requests for review shall be made to the Director of Program Services or the Chief Executive Officer; and failing to reach a satisfactory solution, shall be made to the Chair, Vice-Chair and/or the Secretary/Treasurer who will advise the Board of Directors accordingly.
The Board of Directors’ decision will be final and there shall be no further right of appeal unless required by law.
