We’re Still Here To Help!
With increasing concerns regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus) we are looking at ways to keep our employees, debtors (customers/clients) and general population safe. These efforts will also help us do our part towards “flattening the curve” of COVID-19.
Accordingly, we have decided to temporarily close our physical office. We plan to re-open April 6th, 2020, however this is a tentative plan that may change as our environment evolves.
We are still here to help. We will be working remotely to continue helping our current debtors (customers/clients) with the programs that they have started through our office and also help new debtors that are looking for relief from their creditors in this difficult time.
Helping our current debtors: we are available by telephone (519) 851-3035 or email jason@jcaal.ca. We will administer required credit counselling by phone.
Helping new debtors: we will schedule consultations by phone. If you would like to put a face to the voice, we can also conduct consultations by way of Skype or Viber. Our regulatory body has permitted Licensed Insolvency Trustees the flexibility to sign documents through email coupled with a phone call to review documents and answer questions.
